Ray is a co-owner, Lisa’s husband, and leads all business operations of the salon. He is an accomplished professional Software Engineer and Technical Leader who became interested in the salon industry as a result of Lisa’s infectious passion for her craft. He enjoys learning about hair science and has developed several unique systems for the salon based on Lisa’s guidance.
